GDPR convinces staunch Remainer to Brexit and Brexit fast

A passionate Remain campaigner has performed a dramatic u-turn after finding out GDPR is an EU directive.

Fred Gubbins, a 34-year-old accountant from Warrington, is having one of the worst weeks of his life having been appointed his company’s Data Protection Officer. Gubbins remarked, “I’ve been on half a dozen #StopBrexit marches, but that was before I knew about all this GDPR bollocks. We can’t leave soon enough now as far as I’m concerned.”

Gubbins continued, “Suppliers want our data policies, customers want our data policies and apparently I need their data policies too. I don’t even know what a bloody data policy is. Can I go to jail for non-compliance?! And to top it all off, I’m still getting emails to sell me bloody Viagra. Farage, I take it all back – you were right all along.”
