"Hillary and Chardonnay were never supposed to meet." - Bill Clinton

Chardonnay - Bill Clinton's favourite pole dancer - has played a role in helping Hillary get over her defeat to Donald Trump.

On a promotional tour of the UK touting the wares of her new book, Hillary Clinton has on numerous occasions said Chardonnay helped her get through what was an expectedly difficult time. It is unclear what counsel or advice Chardonnay offered, but her impact is undeniable.

Bill Clinton explained, "Hillary has yoga on a Wednesday so is usually back late. I'd invited Chardonnay over for a game of 'Presidents and Interns' but the class was cancelled so Hillary was home earlier than planned".

A relieved Bill Clinton remarked, "It was never my intention that Hillary and Chardonnay would meet, but I'm pleased they got on so well."
