A 37-year-old married father of two has claimed his number one thing in life is his daily 'number two'.

The man explained, "It's just a very special time. Away from the chaos of the day where I can take 10 minutes of me time."

The man continued, "I can unwind, do a nice relaxing poo and watch some funny videos on Facebook. Heaven!"
