Allegations of electoral fraud as Prue reveals Bake Off winner

A United Nations team of electoral observers is being sent to 'the tent' to oversee the latest round of Bake Off elections after Prue Leith announced the winner before tonight's show had even aired.

A UN spokesperson explained, "This is clearly a tyrannical regime and we have already seen how they have treated defectors Sue Perkins and Mel Giedroyc. Pru's revelation has only strengthened our belief that these elections are not free and fair - it seems that Paul Hollywood and Pru will simply choose who they think is the best baker."

In response to the allegations there have been calls for the immediate reinstatement of deposed former leader Mary Berry, who is currently in exile.
