Man livid after his good deed video doesn’t go viral

A man who recorded himself buying a sleeping bag and giving it to a homeless person is furious after the video failed to go viral.

The man, 23-year-old Shane Gartree, saw the homeless person freezing in a doorway before springing into action. Gartree explained, “I saw this guy and he was so cold - I knew exactly what to do; I hit selfie mode on my phone straight away. Then I went into a nearby Argos, recorded myself buying the sleeping bag and it giving it to the bloke. He was super grateful – it made me feel all warm inside thinking about all the views I was going to get.”

Gartree continued, “I’ve had 23 views – 23?! Are you kidding me! No likes, no shares, zero interest from Lad Bible and Upworthy. £15.99 that sleeping bag cost me and for what?! The whole good deed was completely pointless – I feel like asking for my sleeping bag back.”
